At the height of the economic downturn, I listed a one bedroom property for sale with Laing & Simmons North Sydney. The property was located in Mosman, on a busy main road, and had no views or parking.

I had already met with local agents prior to approaching Catherine O’Neill from Laing & Simmons. Kym was one of the agents present at the property when we first inspected it. From the start, she was friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the property. During the process of negotiating rent and preparing lease documents, she was easily contactable.
